Williamsburg Academy maintains a student/teacher ratio of 12 to 1, with a highly qualified faculty and staff. All teachers and para-professionals are fully qualified under the rules of the South Carolina Independent school Association. Most also hold state teacher certification and/or meet the requirements of the Southern association of Colleges and Schools. All teachers have a minimum of a bachelors degree, over half have significant postgraduate work, and 20% have masters degrees or higher.
