Lower School

Williamsburg Academy’s Lower School consists of students in 4K through 5th grade. The elementary school curriculum has a strong emphasis on reading, language arts, and math skills as well as science and social studies.  Skills are developed through application, analysis, and higher order thinking. Teachers use a variety of methods to help students achieve success at an early level. Students attend enrichment classes each day. Enrichment activities include music, Spanish, P.E., library, and computer science. Our Accelerated Reader Program provides students with continuous practice of fundamental reading skills. Our Lower School Computer Lab offers students the opportunity to use the most up to date technology to enhance their learning experience at Williamsburg Academy.
